We love to create something beautiful for you to enjoy on your walls. The Commission Process is easy, and our favorite. You can check out our last blog post to read more in depth about the entire process. We love creating original artwork but, the commission process is so special because we get to to visually interpret a thought created by what you hold close to your heart. Each commission is different and it is good to know that each individual artist in this duo has their own particular style and should be considered when making the commission decisions.
Janan paints vibrant colors and is more interpretive, typically painting the homes and city of New Orleans. She likes to say that she paints how the clients feel in the places they commission her to paint and likes to add in special details to make their memories come back to life in bright colors. They truly are one of a kind pieces that tug on your emotions every time you pass them.
Kyle creates lifelike pieces that almost play tricks on you as you pass by. A master in his own time, he can recreate a photo or memory for you and can also help you come up with a unique idea for you or your loved ones. Prices are for acrylic commissions, however, he also loves to work with charcoal. Message us for information on pieces in other mediums.
Below is a approximate pricing list for the rest of the year. The price can vary and change depending on the magnitude of the project or the detail that needs to be done by the artist. We want you to get the best piece of artwork at the best price! Some paintings do require more attention, time, or resources. The canvas sizes on the list are not meant to be limiting so always message us if you have ideas, these are just the most popular but there is an almost unlimited amount of options.

It all begins with an idea.
Commissions are something we look forward to working on frequently here at Riley Art Gallery.
A little about the process.
1- you have an idea and want one of us to help you create something to visually have your idea come to life
2-you contact us with your vision and we discuss back and forth the idea, colors, size and scale of the project and our process
3-we collect a 50% non refundable deposit on all commissioned pieces to insure that we have the time in our yearly commission schedule, and resources to create your vision.
4-we will come up with a pre-painted scheme to give you an idea of what your finished piece will look like and can adjust here.
5- we will begin making your piece and give you an estimated timeframe on which it will be done. Please tell us ahead of time if you need it by a specific date as we have to allot time for the creative process and shipping. Commissions can take up to 6-12 months since there is a waitlist which is why it is important to get on the list!
6- we show you the almost finished piece and make any last minute tiny adjustments, collect the remaining 50% balance along with applicable taxes and shipping. We can also discuss shipping or delivery times.
7-you receive your piece of artwork we collaborated on and have it bring you or someone you love joy everyday!!
