Commissions

Commissions are something we look forward to working on frequently here at Riley Art Gallery.

A little about the process.

1- you have an idea and want one of us to help you create something to visually have your idea come to life

2-you contact us with your vision and we discuss back and forth the idea, colors, size and scale of the project and our process

3-we collect a 50% non refundable deposit on all commissioned pieces to insure that we have the time in our yearly commission schedule, and resources to create your vision.

4-we will come up with a pre-painted scheme to give you an idea of what your finished piece will look like and can adjust here.

5- we will begin making your piece and give you an estimated timeframe on which it will be done. Please tell us ahead of time if you need it by a specific date as we have to allot time for the creative process and shipping. Commissions can take up to 6-12 months since there is a waitlist which is why it is important to get on the list!


6- we show you the almost finished piece and make any last minute tiny adjustments, collect the remaining 50% balance along with applicable taxes and shipping. We can also discuss shipping or delivery times.

7-you receive your piece of artwork we collaborated on and have it bring you or someone you love joy everyday!!
