Sunday is the Best- for the Femmes
If you can only attend one day of parading, let it be this one. Sunday of the first weekend is my new favorite day. The Mystic Krewe of Femme Fatale rolls and in between every float is a band marching down the Avenue. It’s heaven. The weather is usually sunny, the tourists haven’t showed up yet. It’s just us. It’s the neighbors cooking everything, the people you stood by yesterday playing in the street, the dj up the road playing loud enough we can dance for a solid two hours before a sign of a parade. And when it starts, the parades are rolling all day long.
*Embellished Canvas Prints are printed on stretched canvas. Once the artist receives the canvas she will add clear gel medium to mimic the original brushstrokes to add texture to the piece. She will then go back in and add pops of color when needed. Each embellished canvas print is its own unique and original piece of art.
*ON bead fence canvas prints artist will add one bead of your choice to make it your own unique piece of art. If you have more than one send me a message and we can add as many as you want for an additional charge!
*when ordering a canvas print your shipping may change depending on your address. We will email you a remaining balance if it is over the shipping price and will refund locals for canvas prints and deliver them
